Do you enjoy diagnosing technical issues and validating the proper functioning of automated equipment? This position will allow you to work at the heart of advanced automation technologies.

Tasks

  • Perform final inspections of automation subassemblies such as controllers, I/O modules, motors, and electronic components.
  • Execute automated test sequences and interpret results.
  • Conduct electrical tests: continuity, resistance, voltage, and functional validation.
  • Verify wiring, connectors, and assembly integrity.
  • Diagnose failures and identify root causes.
  • Document results and non-conformities.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEC in electronics technology, automation, or electromechanics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in functional testing or quality control.
  • Experience with test benches, test jigs, or automated sequences.
  • Proficiency with multimeters, power supplies, and continuity testers.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Experience in industrial automation, PLCs, or motion control is an asset.
  • Bilingual; 90% of communications are conducted in English.
