Quality Control Technician (Shipping OQC) – Robotic Applications

Tasks

  • Perform final quality inspections of complete automated systems and robotic cells.
  • Validate the mechanical, electrical, and software integration of equipment.
  • Verify wiring, cable management, and assembly compliance.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOM).
  • Test safety circuits and system functionalities.
  • Confirm equipment readiness prior to shipment.
  • Document inspections and non-conformities.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEC in electromechanics, automation, or electrical engineering.
  • Junior electronic engineers will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or industrial automation.
  • Good understanding of robotic systems and industrial software.
  • Experience with collaborative or industrial robots is an asset.
  • Ability to read complex electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Bilingual; 90% of communications are conducted in English.
