Radio Frequency (RF) Technician

Tasks

• Manual mechanical assembly and electronic module assembly.
• Installation and connection of coaxial cables (soldering with a soldering iron).
• Tuning, adjustments, and measuring the final assembly.
• Being able to calibrate critical equipment.
• Adjusting, tuning, and evaluating the performance of the final assembly.
• Addressing technical issues encountered during production.
• Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in electronics, with a telecommunications option.
• Training in telecommunications, electronics, or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of filtering concepts and managing unwanted frequencies.
• Excellent knowledge of RF filter types.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong emphasis on health and safety at work.
• Proficiency in French, both oral and written.
• Preferably residing on the South Shore of Montreal and having access to a vehicle for easier commuting.
