Day shift (12 hours), from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (14 consecutive workdays followed by 14 days off).

Our client, a major player in the development of clean and renewable energy to build a green economy in Quebec, is looking for a Reception Attendant for its camp located in the Unorganized Territory (TNO) of Rivière-aux-Outardes.

Tasks

  • Welcome workers and visitors: present facilities, hand over keys, explain regulations.
  • Manage entries and exits in the SACHA system.
  • Respond to inquiries and phone calls.
  • Handle administrative tasks: emails, reports, internal postings, BT follow-ups.
  • Coordinate room logistics with the supplier (Aramark) and perform inspections.
  • Prepare and manage access cards, keys, and inventory.
  • Receive and organize materials.
  • Participate in start-of-shift meetings and collaborate with the team.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma (DES).
  • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
