Day shift (12 hours), from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (14 consecutive days of work followed by 14 days off).

Our client, a major player in the development of clean and renewable energy to build a green economy in Quebec, is looking for a receptionist for its camp located in the Unorganized Territory (TNO) of Rivière-aux-Outardes.

Tasks

  • Welcoming workers and visitors: presenting the facilities, handing over keys, explaining the rules.
  • Managing entries and exits in the SACHA system.
  • Responding to inquiries and phone calls.
  • Handling administrative tasks: emails, reports, internal postings, follow-up on work orders.
  • Coordinating room logistics with the supplier (Aramark) and conducting inspections.
  • Preparing and managing access cards, keys, and inventory.
  • Receiving and sorting materials.
  • Participating in shift start-up meetings and collaborating with the team.
  • Performing other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • You have your high school diploma (DES).
  • You are proficient in written and spoken French.
  • You hold a class 5 driver’s license to get around the camp.
  • You are able to work 14 days without interruption.
  • You are very comfortable using Microsoft Office.
