Tasks
Open and close the site.
Welcome visitors, clients, and partners, and direct them to the appropriate service or department.
Provide clear information about the services, products, or programs offered.
Respond professionally to inquiries in person, by phone, or by email.
Handle customer comments, complaints, or concerns, with follow-up as required.
Share suggestions and feedback with the appropriate stakeholders.
Perform any other related tasks.
