Tasks
Answer phone calls and handle requests in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet clients and visitors with a smile and welcoming attitude.
Scan and digitize administrative documents.
Complete forms necessary for managing files.
Perform transcription and document filing tasks.
Ensure proper follow-up and update of client files.
Perform any other administrative tasks as needed by the firm.
