Tasks

  • Answer phone calls and handle requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a smile and welcoming attitude.
  • Scan and digitize administrative documents.
  • Complete forms necessary for managing files.
  • Perform transcription and document filing tasks.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and update of client files.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as needed by the firm.
