Do you enjoy cooking, working with quality ingredients, and contributing to the production of food products? Our client, a company in the food processing industry, is looking for a Recipe Preparation Operator for a permanent assignment. Every recipe matters! We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our production team as a Recipe Preparation Operator.

Tasks

  • Prepare recipes by following established procedures and ingredient quantities.
  • Gather raw materials, verify expiration dates, and accurately weigh ingredients.
  • Operate and inspect production equipment before and during recipe preparation.
  • Mix ingredients according to manufacturing processes while adhering to quality and food safety standards.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials by returning unused products to storage and reporting replenishment needs.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Good spoken French communication skills.
  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.
  • Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) or Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AEP) related to the food industry.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with food weighing procedures and conversion charts.
