Paid full-time training, uniform provided, guaranteed fun atmosphere. Paid training starts on April 27, 2026. Tasks

  • Greet players at the table with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Explain the rules of the game to novice players, helping them integrate easily.
  • Ensure the integrity and fairness of the games between players.
  • Handle the monetary transactions related to chip exchanges.
  • Lead the game while respecting the rules and maintaining a constant focus on integrity.
  • Collect losing bets and distribute winnings to the winner(s) according to established rules.
  • Maintain a smooth game pace in line with standards.
  • Develop and retain clientele through a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Support operations by informing the manager of chip refill or credit needs.
  • Report any problematic or exceptional situations to the manager that require attention.
  • Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the table operations.

Job requirements

  • Be available to attend full-time, paid mandatory training.
  • Have experience in customer service, in environments focused on customer experience, such as restaurants, bars, event management, entertainment centers, hospitality, etc.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a high school diploma.
  • Possess excellent mental math skills with great accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and offer exceptional customer service.
