Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the automotive industry, while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Tasks

  • Develop and manage an existing client portfolio.
  • Increase sales volume by offering tailored solutions and introducing new products.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new clients.
  • Create growth strategies and analyze customer needs.
  • Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular follow ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Manage pricing structures in line with profitability objectives.
  • Ensure sales activities are accurately updated in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and business partners.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, or a junior profile ready to grow into greater responsibilities.
  • Mandatory B2B sales experience, ideally in distribution or the automotive industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory (Greater Montreal area).
  • Proficiency with office tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prospect in the field and manage time and priorities effectively.
