Our client, a well established and rapidly growing company in the distribution industry, is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join its dynamic team. Known for the quality of its products and excellence in customer service, the company serves a diverse clientele across Canada.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the automotive industry, while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Tasks
Develop and manage an existing client portfolio.
Increase sales volume by offering tailored solutions and introducing new products.
Identify, prospect, and develop new clients.
Create growth strategies and analyze customer needs.
Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular follow ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Manage pricing structures in line with profitability objectives.
Ensure sales activities are accurately updated in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales and margin objectives.
Work closely with internal teams and business partners.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, or a junior profile ready to grow into greater responsibilities.
Mandatory B2B sales experience, ideally in distribution or the automotive industry.
Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory (Greater Montreal area).
Proficiency with office tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prospect in the field and manage time and priorities effectively.
