Tasks

  • Record financial and statistical data into the accounting system, following established procedures.
  • Monitor invoices and payments, in collaboration with procurement services and other departments.
  • Perform necessary checks to ensure the accuracy of supplier invoices, including federal and provincial taxes.
  • Manage accounts payable, process payments, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and terms.
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • A diploma in accounting (DEP) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, with familiarity with Logibec’s Espresso and SYM-Menu considered an asset.
