Senior Camp Logistics Coordinator

Tasks

• Plan, coordinate, and participate in the onboarding of workers (room assignments, data entry);
• Manage emergency calls outside regular business hours;
• Coordinate technical maintenance team interventions with internal and external partners;
• Manage automated system alarms and ensure proper follow-up on interventions;
• Participate in emergency response measures and intervene as required;
• Ensure the safety of occupants in collaboration with various stakeholders;
• Perform administrative follow-ups (emails, reports, documentation, filing);
• Manage purchase requests and monitor operational expenses;
• Communicate with suppliers (food services, housekeeping, etc.);
• Assist with contract follow-ups and monthly progress reports;
• Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of French;
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Strong interpersonal skills and good political awareness;
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5);
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule (14/14).
