Our client, a recognized leader in the manufacturing automation industry, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Assembler to join its operations team.

Tasks

  • Meet production objectives while maintaining the company’s high quality standards.
  • Assemble mechanical subassemblies and automated equipment for projects ranging from simple to complex.
  • Assemble conveyors, palletizers, robotic cells, machine feeding systems, and safety enclosures according to technical drawings and instructions.
  • Integrate automation components to complete customized solutions.
  • Perform inspections and quality control checks prior to equipment shipment.
  • Prepare, package, and ship orders in accordance with established standards.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, missing parts, or incomplete information to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical and process-related issues.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing assembly and warehousing processes.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems and electrical connections.
  • Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
  • DEP, DEC, or technical diploma in mechanics, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with assembly tools.
  • Experience with data entry or related administrative tasks.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
