Tasks
Meet production objectives while maintaining the company’s high quality standards.
Assemble mechanical subassemblies and automated equipment for projects ranging from simple to complex.
Assemble conveyors, palletizers, robotic cells, machine feeding systems, and safety enclosures according to technical drawings and instructions.
Integrate automation components to complete customized solutions.
Perform inspections and quality control checks prior to equipment shipment.
Prepare, package, and ship orders in accordance with established standards.
Identify and report any discrepancies, missing parts, or incomplete information to ensure operational efficiency.
Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical and process-related issues.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing assembly and warehousing processes.
Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and electrical connections.
Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
DEP, DEC, or technical diploma in mechanics, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with assembly tools.
Experience with data entry or related administrative tasks.
Proven ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
