Tasks
Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical projects from proposal to close-out.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at a strategic level.
Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with industry regulations and project timelines.
Mentor junior engineers and technologists as part of a knowledge-sharing culture.
Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client meetings.
Ensure quality assurance and budget oversight throughout all project phases.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
Strong technical background in electrical systems for mining or industrial facilities.
Proven success in consulting or EPCM environments.
Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation preferred (or eligibility).
Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with design and modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
