Tasks
Oversee the complete management of the service department.
Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the shop.
Lead, coach, and support technicians in their duties.
Maximize team productivity while maintaining cost control.
Monitor service requests and incoming calls.
Open, track, and close work orders.
Explain completed repairs, recommendations, and costs to customers.
Review and validate labor hours for billing purposes.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales and parts departments.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage quotations, orders, and supplier relationships.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other related duties as required.
