Tuesday to Saturday, night shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.), 40 hours per week
Are you passionate about logistics, known for your leadership on the warehouse floor and your ability to coordinate operations with precision? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in commerce and distribution, is currently seeking an autonomous and detail-oriented Night Shift Shipping Supervisor.
In this key role, you will be the driving force behind all outbound shipping activities during the night shift. Working closely with warehouse management, you will ensure efficient loading operations, on-time departures, and the highest standards of quality and safety.
Tasks
Supervise and coordinate the shipping team during the night shift;
Plan and organize freight loading according to delivery routes;
Inspect and verify order accuracy and compliance before departure;
Manage priorities and quickly resolve logistical issues on the warehouse floor;
Apply and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse;
Communicate and provide end-of-shift reports to the day team;
Perform all other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within shipping and logistics;
Strong knowledge of shipping processes and warehouse operations;
Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong stress management;
Ability to work independently and efficiently on a night shift;
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
