Tasks
Plan operations and resources for shipping activities.
Assign tasks to team members based on priorities.
Develop and implement performance indicators.
Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees.
Manage shipping operations from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Prepare planning for the following day.
Perform any other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Job requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in team management.
Ability to perform physical tasks.
Functional proficiency in English, as the Team Lead will manage a bilingual team (French/English) approximately 50% of the time.
