Evening shift, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Training will take place during the day, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

As the company continues to grow, it is looking to expand its quality team by hiring an SMT Quality Inspector for the evening shift. Tasks

  • Performing visual and/or automated (AOI) inspections of assembled electronic circuit boards.
  • Detecting and correcting soldering, component, or assembly defects in accordance with established standards (e.g., IPC).
  • Carrying out touch-ups and repairs on PCBAs to ensure product compliance.
  • Verifying product conformity based on drawings, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Documenting inspection results and reporting any non-conformities.
  • Optimizing the use and efficiency of AOI equipment by suggesting and implementing improvements.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality inspection.
  • Experience in assembling electronic circuits.
  • Experience working on an SMT production line.
  • Knowledge of electronic quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
  • Good proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with AOI inspection and programming (an asset).
