Daytime, 15 hours per week, part-time, Monday to Thursday (occasional Fridays).
- Answer incoming calls and assess the needs of the caller (domestic violence or suicidal ideation).
- Provide telephone intervention services (active listening, support, and referrals).
- Respond to various clinical information requests (programs, objectives, eligibility criteria, etc.).
- Plan and conduct individual support sessions.
- Complete case files and use various follow-up tools related to intervention activities.
- Follow up on client files and conduct telephone check-ins.
- Participate in group sessions.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Advantages
College diploma (DEC) in Social Work or related field.
Must be available two evenings per week (mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in a community or social work setting.
Must attend a minimum of 3 clinical supervision meetings.
Fluency in spoken and written French.
Experience working with men (an asset).
Crisis intervention experience (a strong asset).
Certified suicide prevention training (or willingness to complete it after being hired).
