Tasks
Receive incoming calls and assess the caller’s needs related to domestic violence or suicide risk.
Provide telephone intervention services, including support, crisis intervention, assistance, and referrals.
Respond to various clinical information requests regarding programs, intervention objectives, eligibility criteria, and related topics.
Schedule and conduct individual meetings with participants.
Prepare and maintain client files, documentation, and various tracking tools related to intervention activities.
Ensure ongoing case management and provide follow-up support to participants by telephone.
Facilitate and lead group sessions.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Social Work or related field.
Must be available two evenings per week (mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in a community or social work setting.
Attend clinical supervision meetings held two to three times per month (mandatory).
Fluency in spoken and written French.
Experience working with men (an asset).
Crisis intervention experience (a strong asset).
Certified suicide prevention training (or willingness to complete it after being hired).
