Our client, located at the Montréal airport, is seeking part-time supervisors to oversee parking, valet, and commercial service operations. As a key player in mobility and management technologies, this national company offers a dynamic, innovative, and excellence-driven work environment.

Tasks

  • Supervise daily operations related to parking and commercial services.
  • Oversee staff and ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality of service in all areas.
  • Monitor maintenance, snow removal, and report any required repairs.
  • Manage inventory (tickets, receipts, supplies, etc.).
  • Support team members during busy periods.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and fill in for absences as needed.
  • Train newly hired employees.
  • Write required reports (finance, incidents, operations).
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record (SAAQ).
  • Advanced English (approximately 50% of communications).
