As the coordinator, you will be responsible for stock management, order planning, and supplier relationships. You will contribute directly to the performance of the company. You will play a key role in monitoring raw material and finished product requirements, anticipating demand to avoid stockouts and ensure a smooth and constant supply.

Tasks
Maintain safety stock levels for imported raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Manage and improve the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
Forecast raw material needs in collaboration with the sales department.
Ensure raw material availability for production.
Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on shipments.
Perform regular stock counts.
Prepare detailed inventory reports including counts, discrepancies, losses, and other relevant data.
Collaborate with the finance department to analyze and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
Work closely with production teams to anticipate future needs and prevent stockouts.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
University degree in supply chain management, inventory management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and ERP system use.
