Tasks
Full recruitment process: Manage the entire recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions, from posting job ads to presenting candidates to clients.
Employee management: Monitor the integration and well-being of your employees, ensuring a good work environment so they can give their best.
Regular client visits: Meet clients on-site to assess their needs and adjust employee placements while ensuring work standards are met.
Administrative follow-up: Manage work hours, validate time sheets, and handle all administrative tasks related to employees.
Maintain strong relationships: Foster trust-based relationships with clients and candidates, responding to their needs in a proactive and reactive manner.
Adaptability: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, quickly reassess priorities, and adjust according to client needs or emergencies.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
Recruitment experience: You have experience in recruitment, particularly in the industrial sector, or in customer service, where you have demonstrated your ability to identify and attract the best talent.
Communication skills: You are fluent in French and have an intermediate level of English to communicate effectively with our clients and team (30% of the time).
Computer skills: A good command of computer tools such as Outlook, CRM systems, and Office Suite is an important asset for this role.
Travel: You have access to a vehicle for client visits and are flexible to travel to our other offices.
