We are looking for a team leader dock installer to lead and work directly on-site alongside their team in unique, sometimes demanding, but always stimulating environments. This position is ideal for a hands-on, resourceful individual and a natural leader who enjoys the outdoors, concrete projects, and teamwork, even when conditions are not perfect.

Tasks

  • Install docks and related equipment
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate a team on-site.
  • Work directly alongside team members during installations.
  • Plan and organize work according to timelines.
  • Ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of installations.
  • Represent the company professionally to clients.
  • Write daily reports.
  • Perform all other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Experience in construction, equipment installation, or similar manual work.
  • Experience or ease in a team leader role.
  • Hands-on, independent, and resourceful individual.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Ability to communicate in English (approximately 20-25% of the time for projects outside of Quebec).
  • Frequent travel to projects across Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, the United States, and occasionally Mexico.
  • Comfortable working in sometimes demanding conditions (heat, cold, humidity, working in water).
