Tasks
Planning operations and resources for shipping goods.
Assigning tasks to team members based on priorities.
Developing and implementing performance indicators.
Handling the onboarding and training of new employees.
Managing complete shipments.
Ensuring health and safety management in the workplace.
Preparing the plan for the following day.
Performing other related tasks assigned by the warehouse manager.

Job requirements
At least two years of experience in team management.
Ability to perform physical work.
Functional knowledge of English, as the team leader will manage a team of both French and English speakers 50% of the time.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
