Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, designers, and architects.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them toward the most suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, specifications, and required technical documentation.
  • Produce basic drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, layouts, dimensions, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all required information and project requirements are completed on time.
  • Answer technical inquiries, provide product recommendations, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical customer service, inside sales, project coordination, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with technical or custom-made products, along with the ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Sage, Freshdesk, or manufacturing software is considered an asset.
  • Professional bilingualism in French and English is required (approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with excellent attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work full-time on-site in Montreal.
