Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Technical Service Director is responsible for the overall performance of automated cutting systems. They lead the department’s activities with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining high technical standards, and promoting continuous improvement of equipment while ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
Tasks
Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists, administrative staff, and maintenance personnel.
Improve the overall performance of equipment by optimizing commissioning, repair, maintenance, and technical support processes.
Implement a proactive maintenance strategy to prevent breakdowns and reduce corrective interventions.
Oversee the implementation of new technologies to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with quality standards.
Contribute to organizing the department for efficiency, team autonomy, and increased customer satisfaction.
Develop and deploy continuous training programs to enhance technical skills.
Perform any others related tasks.

Job requirements
University degree in engineering, operations management, or business administration.

Intermediate proficiency in English, as 50% of the clientele is bilingual.
