Job requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation and customer service in a similar role.
College diploma (DEC) in electromechanics, industrial automation, or a related field (an asset).
Strong technical analysis skills and a genuine interest in industrial automation. Experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (50% of clients are located in the United States and the rest across Canada).
