In this role, you will play a key part in receiving goods, preparing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments. You will enjoy a professional and friendly work environment, along with a high level of autonomy in your day-to-day responsibilities.
Tasks
Oversee daily warehouse operations, from receiving incoming goods to shipping outgoing orders.
Receive supplier deliveries and containers, and verify the accuracy and condition of incoming merchandise.
Prepare customer orders accurately, including product assembly, packaging, and shipping.
Generate shipping labels and verify shipping documents before orders are dispatched.
Accurately record inventory movements in the company’s system.
Monitor inventory levels, perform necessary follow-ups, and contribute to inventory accuracy.
Coordinate and schedule shipments while maintaining effective communication with transportation providers.
Organize storage areas to maximize space, improve product accessibility, and support efficient operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and functional warehouse environment.
Collaborate with customer service and other departments to ensure efficient order processing.
Perform any other duties required to support warehouse operations.

Job requirements
Experience in warehousing, order picking, shipping and receiving, or inventory management.
