Location: Laval | Status: Permanent, Full-Time We are looking for a Warehouse Staff Coordinator to play a key role in the daily management of teams and supporting employees. This position is aimed at someone who is strong operationally, comfortable in a hands-on environment (particularly in a warehouse or logistics setting), and who shows a genuine interest in growing into HR responsibilities. This is a structured and demanding role that combines field presence, operational coordination, and administrative follow-ups, within a fast-paced environment where volume, rhythm, and unexpected situations are part of daily operations. Tasks

  • Ensure daily follow-up of employee attendance, schedules, and workforce movements.
  • Prepare and distribute attendance lists, taking into account absences, new hires, and changes.
  • Welcome and onboard new employees in accordance with established standards.
  • Follow up with employees regarding absences, lateness, or specific situations, and document information in internal systems.
  • Work closely with supervisors, team leads, and project managers.
  • Communicate staffing needs, assignment endings, and key operational information.
  • Maintain an active presence on the floor to support smooth operational flow.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational and administrative practices.
  • Perform any other related tasks required to support efficient operations.

Job requirements

  • Relevant experience in operations, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or hands-on environment.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Comfort with computer tools and data entry.
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and communication skills.
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong interest in HR-related aspects (employee follow-ups, onboarding, daily employee relations).
