This position is for you! Our client, a key player in the logistics and maritime sector, is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support activities related to goods management within a terminal. You will directly contribute to the smooth flow of operations, from receiving to shipping.

Tasks

  • Verify incoming goods and validate quantities and compliance.
  • Perform physical inventory counts and ensure product tracking.
  • Enter and update information in computer systems.
  • Organize the storage of goods according to established methods.
  • Prepare items for shipment.
  • Produce documents and reports related to inventory movements.
  • Apply internal procedures and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain facilities clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar inventory or logistics role.
  • Strong computer skills (ERP systems, inventory management).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in French and good understanding of written English (approximately 50% of document review is conducted in English due to documentation originating from the United States and English-speaking Canada).
  • Interest in industrial or port environments.
  • Comfortable using equipment (an asset).
