Day shift, Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Are you a welder-assembler looking to work on solid projects within a well-established company in Quebec? Our client, specializing in metal fabrication, is experiencing strong growth and is looking to expand its team by hiring a motivated welder ready to commit long-term.

Tasks

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine welding and assembly specifications.
  • Select and set up appropriate welding equipment based on materials and project requirements.
  • Apply appropriate welding processes such as GMAW, FCAW, MCAW, or GTAW.
  • Perform assembly of simple to complex parts.
  • Inspect weld quality by conducting various tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • DEP in welding and assembly (considered an asset).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding schematics.
  • Ability to use measuring tools.
  • CWB certification (considered an asset).
