Tasks
Planning, coordinating, and supervising review and compilation missions, as well as the preparation of tax returns.
Carefully examining company files and tax declarations according to current standards.
Analyzing financial statements and making recommendations to clients and the mandate partner.
Managing the client portfolio in a methodical and exemplary manner.
Providing informed advice to clients in order to optimize their accounting organization and improve the overall management of their business.
Actively contributing to the T1 season by working closely with the audit team.
Supervising and training certification teams to ensure their professional growth.
Constantly innovating and improving work tools to optimize accounting and audit processes.
Executing in-depth accounting research to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.

Job requirements
CPA designation required.
Mastery of audit and accounting standards.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in an accounting firm – preferred.
5 years of experience in an accounting firm will be considered with management experience.
Proficient in tax knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken
