As part of a major light rail project connecting Gatineau to Ottawa, we are looking for a Project Manager – Mobility to lead exciting mandates related to urban planning, the integration of transportation infrastructure, and the enhancement of living environments. Tasks

  • Participating in the planning, organization, and monitoring of studies leading to the implementation of the tramway project.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to integrate the tramway into the urban fabric.
  • Overseeing mandates related to mobility and urban development.
  • Actively contributing to working committees and drafting technical recommendations.
  • Ensuring alignment between the mobility project and land use planning orientations.
  • Performing other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning, project management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in urban mobility, rail, major infrastructure projects, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of the financial aspects of a project.
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation and land use planning issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French.
