Tasks

  • Prospect and qualify new potential clients according to the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct prospecting activities (phone calls, emails, networking) to generate business opportunities.
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives and social media campaigns to promote services.
  • Identify client needs and challenges to schedule exploratory meetings with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies and create opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and activities in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism required (intermediate French/English) to communicate effectively with both French-speaking and English-speaking clients about 50% of the time.
  • 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology services.
  • Excellent communication and phone prospecting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and social media platforms (Zoho is an asset).
  • Proficiency in standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
