A Managed Services Provider (MSP) is currently seeking a Security Analyst to join its SOC team and play a central role in protecting client IT environments.
Tasks
Monitor, analyze, and triage security alerts across multiple SOC platforms.
Investigate security incidents affecting endpoints, identities, email, and cloud environments.
Participate in incident response activities, including containment and remediation support.
Manage alerts and incidents across multiple clients in an MSP environment while meeting SLAs.
Support client onboarding and deployment of security solutions and Microsoft 365 controls.
Review vulnerabilities and provide clear, actionable remediation recommendations.
Deliver cybersecurity guidance and communicate risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes, tools, and documentation.
Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.

Job requirements
Relevant experience in operational cybersecurity, gained within a SOC, MSP, or similar environment.
Hands-on experience working with detection and response tools (EDR/XDR) in real-world environments.
Demonstrated ability to analyze security incidents and follow them through to resolution.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environments and their security mechanisms.
Comfortable managing multiple cases or client environments simultaneously while respecting priorities.
Bilingualism in English and French is required, as the role involves supporting a client base composed of approximately 50% francophone and 50% anglophone clients.
