Level 2 IT Technician (on site) – 3 Month Contract

Tasks

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and software.
• Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely).
• Train and assist users on internal IT tools.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and stock.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues.
• Perform updates on operating systems and software.
• Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, O365).
• Apply internal procedures and contribute to IT security (Intune, Microsoft Entra).
• Participate in the automation of IT support processes.
• Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements

• College diploma (DEC) in Information Technology.
• A minimum of 5 years in a similar position
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Knowledge of iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Basic networking knowledge and remote support tools (Intune).
