Our client, a Québec-based company specializing in managed technology services, is looking for a Senior Network Integrator to ensure the stability, security, and ongoing improvement of its clients’ IT infrastructures.
Tasks
Analyze, design, and optimize secure and scalable IT infrastructures.
Integrate, install, configure, and maintain networks and IT equipment.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Participate in IT operational planning and provide technology recommendations.
Provide advanced technical support, both on site and remotely.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate projects and interventions.
Keep technical documentation and procedures up to date.
Actively contribute to maintaining security and quality standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to technical staff, as needed.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEC or AEC in Computer Science, or equivalent training.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of French, spoken and written, is required to effectively support a mostly French-speaking client base (approximately 90%).
Strong knowledge of network environments (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless networks).
Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience with virtualized and cloud environments (an asset).
