Tasks

  • Ensure a smooth client experience by coordinating requests, following up on files, and responding quickly to any issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Generate and share relevant business data, including monthly sales and inventory levels.
  • Respond to calls for tenders, prepare proposals, and enter orders into the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to optimize processes and meet client commitments.
  • Maintain regular communication with business partners located in Canada and the United States to ensure effective coordination.
  • Become familiar with operational capabilities to offer tailored solutions and prevent potential obstacles.
  • Follow up on pricing changes and ensure the information is properly communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, to effectively meet the needs of a bilingual client base.
  • Good knowledge of an ERP system and the MS Office suite.
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment (asset).
