Tasks
Ensure a smooth client experience by coordinating requests, following up on files, and responding quickly to any issues.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
Generate and share relevant business data, including monthly sales and inventory levels.
Respond to calls for tenders, prepare proposals, and enter orders into the ERP system.
Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to optimize processes and meet client commitments.
Maintain regular communication with business partners located in Canada and the United States to ensure effective coordination.
Become familiar with operational capabilities to offer tailored solutions and prevent potential obstacles.
Follow up on pricing changes and ensure the information is properly communicated to all relevant parties.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Education in operations management or a related field.
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, to effectively meet the needs of a bilingual client base.
Good knowledge of an ERP system and the MS Office suite.
Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment (asset).
