Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an Accounting Technician to join their team.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient. They will play an active role in managing accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s financial data.
Tasks
Managing the full accounting cycle (accounts payable and accounts receivable);
Performing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations;
Supporting the Finance Manager with balance sheet analysis and the preparation of monthly financial statements;
Collaborating with various departments on daily operations;
Participating in the year-end audit process with external auditors;
Ensuring compliance with tax obligations;
Contributing to various internal projects;
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment;
Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements
DEC in Accounting, Administration, or any related field (AEC or equivalent);
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing SME (asset);
Knowledge of an ERP system (asset);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Excellent command of French (spoken and written);
Good command of English (level 7/10) – communication with clients outside Quebec;
