Our client, a well-established and growing company, is looking for an Administrative Agent, Human Resources to join their team. In this key role, you will serve as the right hand of the department, managing employee files, preparing official documents, overseeing benefits administration, and providing logistical support for HR operations.

Tasks
Draft employment contracts, employment confirmation letters, compensation letters, and other administrative documents.
Create and maintain employee files while ensuring proper administrative follow-up for employee departures (resignations, return of company property, etc.).
Monitor probation periods and support HR Advisors in preparing disciplinary documentation.
Enter data, generate required reports, and update HR dashboards (KPIs, disability cases, CNESST files).
Manage, distribute, and follow up on requests received by the department.
Support recruitment activities, including creating hiring requests, posting job openings, and related tasks.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
DEC in Administration (Human Resources is considered an asset) or a related field. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role. Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
Excellent command of French and functional English, both spoken and written, to communicate with employees in Ontario (approximately 40% of the time).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of confidentiality, effective priority management, and team-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license required for occasional travel to Boucherville (approximately once per month). A company vehicle will be provided if needed.
