Our client, a well-recognized company in the engineering field providing technical solutions tailored to the needs of its clients, is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill a temporary Administrative Assistant position at its office in Quebec City.
Tasks
File invoices and contracts.
Prepare quotations in MS Word.
Sort and verify incoming mail.
Follow up and verify account statements.
Assist in preparing billing.
Submit purchase order requests to clients.
Prepare deposits.
Prepare credit card payment receipts.
Perform various basic administrative tasks.
