Bedard HR will be attending the Quebec Immigration and Integration Fair (SIIQ) on May 27 and 28 in Montreal
In today’s dynamic and complex employment landscape, every recruitment decision matters. Did you know that working with an agency certified by ACSESS provides peace of mind—not just legally, but strategically as well?

At Bedard Human Resources, we’re proud to be certified by ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services). Our team includes numerous recruiters who hold the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation including nine newly certified professionals this year. This recognition isn’t just symbolic: it reflects our commitment to professionalism, ethical practices, and exceptional service for our clients.

What is ACSESS?

The Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services (ACSESS), the national voice of the recruiting, employment and the staffing services industry in Canada. ACSESS advances best practices and ethical standards for the $22 billion staffing industry through advocacy, government relations, professional development, resources and research. ACSESS members engage in a wide range of business activities and services which they offer to their diverse clientele, which includes organizations in the private, not-for-profit and broader public sectors, as well as a range of governments and government entities.

ACSESS requires that its members commit to a Code of Ethics and Standards, and undertakes a range of activities to help ensure members are aware of and meet their legislative and regulatory requirements. ACSESS also advocates for its members and for changes to the law where we believe that the law may be having unintended consequences for our members.

Being a certified member means committing to a strict code of ethics centered on transparency, responsibility, and service quality for both employers and job seekers.

Why this matters for your business

Compliance and peace of mind

Working with a non-certified agency can pose real risks: legal non-compliance, vague contracts, lack of proper insurance coverage, or questionable practices.
A certified ACSESS firm like Bedard HR acts within a professional and legal framework, ensuring your recruitment is both efficient and secure.

Certified recruiting expertise

The CPC designation involves in-depth training in employment law, diversity and inclusion, interview techniques, and professional ethics. Choosing certified recruiters means choosing sound judgement and stronger hiring outcomes.

Ethical recruitment practices

ACSESS members operate under a national code of conduct. You can trust that your hiring process is handled with professionalism, consistency, and integrity—no shortcuts, no gray areas.

Employers across Canada: be selective

Not all recruitment firms play by the same rules. In fact, some operate without proper licensing or fail to meet professional standards.

Choosing a certified agency ensures you’re working with a trusted partner.
