Our client, a well-established manufacturing company specializing in tire processing, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its purchasing and procurement team at the plant located in Beloeil. This is a temporary mandate with a strong possibility of extension or permanent hire.
Tasks
Enter data and ensure administrative follow-up of files.
Prepare and process invoices as well as manage accounts payable.
Support the management of maintenance contracts and assist with supplier follow-ups.
Assist with parts inventory management and order tracking.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other related administrative tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in administration or operations support.
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent education.
Strong proficiency with computer tools (Excel, management software).
Functional knowledge of English (English-speaking clientele).
Must have a car (not accessible by public transit).
Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
