Tasks
Provide administrative and secretarial support to researchers and managers.
Plan, organize, and follow up on multiple files, projects, and deadlines.
Coordinate administrative activities required to support day-to-day operations.
Draft, revise, format, and prepare various administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
Prepare letters, forms, and documents requiring management approval.
Develop and maintain various administrative tools, templates, and forms.
Assist with information gathering, report preparation, and document distribution.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business travel.
Prepare agendas and perform required administrative follow-ups.
Manage calendars, emails, phone calls, and document filing systems.
Ensure accurate follow-up of administrative files and deadlines.
Assist with certain budget monitoring activities.
Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Office Administration or equivalent training.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of both French and English to communicate with English-speaking clients approximately 50% of the time.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in administrative coordination and document management.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
