Tasks

  • Respond to information requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Validate the compliance of received documents and perform necessary follow-ups.
  • Enter and update administrative data in internal systems.
  • Generate automated reports and prepare files for committees.
  • File and digitize documents according to established procedures.
  • Participate in activities related to registration and exam sessions.
  • Provide support at the reception desk, including cash handling.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and team operations.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in office administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English to serve English-speaking clients daily.
  • Strong writing skills and mastery of grammar and spelling rules.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
