Tasks
Respond to information requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Validate the compliance of received documents and perform necessary follow-ups.
Enter and update administrative data in internal systems.
Generate automated reports and prepare files for committees.
File and digitize documents according to established procedures.
Participate in activities related to registration and exam sessions.
Provide support at the reception desk, including cash handling.
Contribute to knowledge transfer and team operations.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in office administration or a related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English to serve English-speaking clients daily.
Strong writing skills and mastery of grammar and spelling rules.
Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
