Tasks

  • Assemble aluminum and steel parts using precise tack welds.
  • Perform final welding in compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Inspect weld quality and correct any defects (porosity, undercutting, overflow, etc.).
  • Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and CWB welding procedures.
  • Weld in all positions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Carry out various support tasks in the factory as needed.

Job requirements

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Welding and Fitting or an equivalent recognized training.
  • Proficient in GMAW (MIG) welding and able to weld in all positions.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand CWB welding symbols and procedures.
  • Good understanding of metal behavior in response to heat and cold.
