Specializing in foundation work, deep foundation systems, and structural stabilization, the organization is involved from the earliest phases of construction. Services include excavation and demolition, carried out on large scale projects across Québec.
Due to continuous growth, the company is seeking a Berlin Wall Engineer to join its dynamic team. This hybrid role, combining site and office work, is critical to ensuring project success and acting as a liaison between all stakeholders on construction sites.
Tasks
Design retaining walls adapted to site conditions, using structural modeling and calculation software.
Select appropriate materials for wall construction (concrete, steel, etc.), considering technical and economic constraints.
Supervise Berlin wall construction projects by coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site follow ups to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Propose solutions to reinforce structures in cases of damage, settlement, or geotechnical risks.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Member of the Order of Engineers (mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer.
Bilingual written and verbal skills (French and intermediate English) to support an English speaking clientele established in Québec (approximately 40%).
