Tasks
Answer incoming phone calls.
Perform data entry in the Dynamics CRM.
Assign files to project managers.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to provide excellent service to a clientele that is 50% English-speaking.
