Tasks

  • Supervise and review certification engagements in compliance with professional standards.
  • Manage large-scale mandates, guiding clients in their operational and financial decisions.
  • Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and career progression.
  • Ensure the quality of engagements while respecting budgets and established deadlines.
  • Plan and prioritize assignments to optimize team efficiency and performance.
  • Work closely with partners to define and implement the firm’s strategic vision.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and engagement management practices.
  • Stay up to date on accounting and auditing standards to ensure compliance and excellence in all assignments.

Job requirements

  • CPA designation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Proficiency with CaseWare, CaseView, and Taxprep T1/T2.
  • Strong, motivating leadership skills.
